Submission Terms and Conditions
- By selecting the "I agree" condition on our design submission page you indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions listed below by fairandbare.com.
- By submitting your design, slogan or concept to fairandbare.com, you acknowledge that it is an original work, featuring no trademarks or copyrighted materials and is not and will not be featured elsewhere for consideration for the voting period. If selected for printing, you agree to handing over to fairandbare.com the sole copyright for printing of your design, slogan or concept on clothing and any promotional materials we may choose to adopt. You also agree to modifcation of the design, slogan or concept or choice of materials as fairandbare.com decide.
- You agree to fairandbare.com's policy of design submission rejection from consideration, based on the submission guidelines.
- Your design will be scored for 45 days by the fairandbare.com community (or however long it is part of a challenge), at which point ratings will be evaluated and a decision will be made on if it will be selected for print. If your design is not selected, you are free to use it elsewhere. If selected, you will be paid £200 for use of your design (or the agreed amount in the challenge it is a part of), (£50 for a concept or slogan) paid within 30 days of reciept of a high-resolution copy of your artwork.
- If payments ever increase at fairandbare.com for designs, slogans or concepts, you will recieve payment of the difference between your original payment and the new amount.
